주요 정책 (Refund/ Transfer/ Safety Policy)

• [환불]
  • 풀패키지의 경우 5/31 6pm KST까지 환불가능
  • 풀파티의 경우 7/13 6pm KST까지 환불가능
  • 애드온 세션의 경우 환불불가 / 양도가능
• [양도] 이후 양도 가능 (~9/30 6pm KST)
  • 기본적으로 리더는 리더에게, 팔로워는 팔로워에게 양도 가능 (추후 비율에 따라 변경 가능)

• [안전] 댄스 세션, 파티, 그리고 컴피티션 등 행사에 참여하시는 여러분께 안전이 최우선이 되어야 함을 강조드립니다. 안전사고를 예방하기 위해 참가자 개인의 적극적인 협조와 주의를 요청드리며, 이에 따른 법적 책임은 주최자나 아티스트에게 있지 않음을 알려드립니다. 모두가 안전에 주의를 기울이며 함께 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있기를 바라며, 안전하고 즐거운 행사가 되도록 최선을 다하겠습니다.

• [불가항력] 천재지변, 항공편의 결항, 아티스트의 건강이슈 발생 등 불가항력적인 상황에서도, 오가나이저는 행사의 퀄리티가 유지될 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 다할것이나, 이에 따른 별도의 환불은 불가합니다.

• [Refund]
  • Full package until May 31th 6pm KST (you should pay all transfer fees including paypal fee)
  • Full Party until July 13th 6pm KST (you should pay all transfer fees including paypal fee)
  • No refund for Competition fee (you can transfer)
  • No refund for Add-On Session (you can transfer)
• [Transfer] Transfer until Sept 30th 6pm KST
  • Basically, a leader can transfer to a leader and a follower can transfer to a follower
    (it can be adjusted by the organizer)

• [Safety] We emphasize that safety should be the top priority for all participants in events such as dance sessions, parties, and competitions. We request the active cooperation and attention of each participant to prevent safety accidents. Please note that the legal responsibility for this matter does not lie with the organizers or artists. We hope that everyone will pay attention to safety and have an enjoyable time together. We will do our best to ensure that the event is both safe and enjoyable.

• [Force Majeure] In the event of force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters, flight cancellations, or artist health issues, the organizer will make every effort to maintain the quality of the event. However, no separate refunds will be possible due to these circumstances.
