• 리더/팔로워 성비 및 정원은 오가나이저의 결정에 따라 조정될 수 있으며, Dance Session 정원은 최대 180명 예정입니다.

• 역할(Role)은 Dance Session 기준으로 선택 부탁드리며, 컴피티션은 다른 역할로도 출전 가능합니다.

• 원활한 진행을 위해 중-고급(Int-Adv) / 고급(Adv) 두 레벨로 운영되며, 별도의 레벨테스트는 없습니다.

• The leader/follower ratio and capacity may be adjusted by the organizers. The Total Dance Session capacity is approximately 180 participants.

• Please select your role based on the dance session. You may compete in a different role for competitions.

• Sessions are divided into Int-Adv and Adv levels. No audition or level test is required.

⚠️ 데이 패스 주요 유의사항 / Day Pass Policy

신청 및 입금 기한: 8월 31일까지 신청 및 입금 완료 기준 (Registration & payment due by Aug 31)
환불 및 분할납입 불가: 데이 패스는 환불 및 분할납입이 불가합니다. (Non-refundable / Installment plan not available)
양도 가능: 동일 조건 타인에게 양도 가능합니다. (Transferable to another dancer under the same conditions / Refer to Detailed Policy)

[분할 납부 유의사항 / Installment Policy]

• 분할 납부는 선택 사항(Optional)이며, 일시불 결제도 가능합니다.
The installment plan is optional. You may also pay in full at once.

• 납입하신 선금(Deposit)은 환불이 불가(Non-refundable)하며, 타인에게 양도만 가능합니다.
The deposit is strictly non-refundable, but transferable to another dancer.

• 기한 내 잔여 차액 미납 시 등록이 취소될 수 있습니다.
Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in cancellation.

스윙 마마파파 정책 / Swing Mama Papa Policy

육아로 인해 부부가 동시에 행사에 참여하기 어려운 댄서들을 위해, 하나의 풀패스로 부부가 날짜를 나누어 이용할 수 있는 정책을 운영합니다. 신청 시 대표 1인의 이름으로 접수 후 운영진에게 문의해 주세요.

For dancer couples who cannot attend the event simultaneously due to childcare, we offer the “Swing Mama Papa” policy. Couples can share a single Full Package pass by splitting the days they attend. Please register under one representative’s name and contact the organizers.

Dance Session 진행 방식 / Format

• Dance Session은 Big Apple / Savoy에서 동시 진행 됩니다 (총 2-3 트랙)
• 레벨에 따라 하루는 Big Apple, 하루는 Savoy에서 진행 됩니다.

• Dance Sessions will be held simultaneously in Big Apple & Savoy.
• Depending on the level, sessions will be held at Big Apple for one day and Savoy for the other.
