5살 때부터 춤을 시작해 재즈, 모던, 발레로 탄탄한 기본기를 다진 Frida는 9살에 이미 부기우기(Boogie Woogie)와 더블 버그(Double Bugg) 챔피언에 오른 천재 DANCER였습니다. 15살, 허랭 댄스 캠프에서 린디합과 운명적으로 만난 그녀는 세계 최고의 재즈 댄스 컴퍼니 ‘Rhythm Hot Shots’의 멤버로 발탁되며 본격적인 전설을 써 내려갔습니다.

특히 그녀는 린디합 역사에 한 획을 그은 전설적인 팀 ‘Silvershadows’의 멤버로서 독보적인 스타일과 에너지를 증명해 왔습니다. 하지만 Frida는 과거의 영광에 안주하지 않습니다. 현재까지도 ‘Jazz at 6’를 비롯해 많은 DANCER들과 끊임없이 콜라보레이션하며, 린디합이 나아가야 할 새로운 방향을 제시하고 있는 ARTIST입니다.

In 2025, after a long-awaited return to Korea, Frida delivered amazing dances that left us all in awe. We are thrilled to announce this master DANCER’s return to SEOUL lindyfest 2026 for another extraordinary encounter.

Frida’s journey began at the age of five, building a formidable foundation in jazz, modern dance, and ballet. A true prodigy, she was already a champion in Boogie Woogie and Double Bugg by age nine. Shortly after falling in love with Lindy Hop, she was invited to join the world-renowned ‘Rhythm Hot Shots,’ marking the beginning of a legendary career.

As a member of the iconic team ‘Silvershadows,’ Frida has defined an era of Lindy Hop with her unrivaled style. Today, she continues to push the boundaries of the art form through constant collaborations, stands as a true ARTIST showing us the future of swing dance.
